Chardonnay

The estates that make up this wine are scattered throughout the rolling landscape of the Eden Valley and have been selected specifically for Chardonnay. These sites are characterised by their cool, high elevation and granitic mica schist soils. The long ripening periods here are perfect for flavour accumulation and intensity.

Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc has been crafted from grapes grown on the eight hectare Hill-Smith family vineyard in the Eden Valley. The vines here always grow healthy canopies, which provide a wonderful balance of light and shade for ripening. The fruit from this special site has high natural acidity and intense varietal character distinctive to the estate.
